Technology Projects
Some people can learn better and easy if they are involved. Hands-on activities and projects are some example of latest teaching way. We learned a lot from this class. Here are the projects I have completed.
1. Google Form
You can plan events, make a survey or poll, give students a quiz, or collect other information in an easy, streamlined way with Google Forms. You can create a formfrom Google Drive or from an existing spreadsheet that can record the responses to your form. I have created this form to collect the data for my school's alumi event.
2. Screencasting
Recording your computer screen is great way to show people how to do someting. I made this youtube video for showing my students and parents how to log in the "Naviance" database
3. Google Slides (Web 2.0 Presentation)
Google Slides is an online presentations app that allows you to show off your work in a visual way. Here's what you can do with Google Slides: Create and edit presentations. Edit a presentation with friends or coworkers, and share it with others effortlessly. We worked as a whole class for this slide show.
4. Prezi Presentation
Prezi is a visual storytelling software alternative to traditional slide-based presentation formats. Prezi presentations feature a map-like, schematic overview that lets users pan between topics at will, zoom in on desired details, and pull back to reveal context. Our group well done with this assignments.
5. Educational Video
This time, I have created youtube video by using WeVideo in order to explain what does "HB-5" means to the 8th-graders.
6. Infographic
Infografic is a visual image such as a chart or diagram used to represent information or data.
7. Padlet
Padlet is a virtual wall that allows people to express their thoughts on a common topic easily. It works like an online sheet of paper where people can put any content (e.g. images, videos, documents, text) anywhere on the page, together with anyone, from any device.
